Company Profile: The consortium had two verticals of business, Insurance Broking & Auto sector (Franchisee of Carnation workshops in Delhi, Noida and Jaipur).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the overall operation of the group, improvement of processes of all companies one by one.

As Royal Haskoning DHV Group had a strong compliance policy and a separate strong Integrity function for which I was assigned the Compliance Officer for the country as LCO.

Recently company Royal Haskoning has merged with DHV group of companies. I was appointed as HEAD HR for 3 companies together to conduct post-merger HR integration of all companies & to convert all into one company.

Besides HR, responsible for HEAD Corporate support group including, Facilities & Administration also.

Directed and managed sourcing of manpower through agencies, portals, head hunting, through existing data banks and through company website (Technical, specialist and non-technical manpower).

Designed HR Policies and Procedures including Administration policies and implemented them within the company and the entire Group from ground zero level.

Fixation of salaries and wages as per the policies
