HO CHUNK CASINO (Slot Technician) Wittenberg, WI (6/11-7/13)

Responsible for maintaining and repair of slot machines and ATMs on site. Set up new machines and ran communication cables under floor. Solely responsible for preparation of Slot Change Forms for the gaming commission when anything was done to a machine. Fabricated lock components on site when none were available from manufacturer such as Bally, Williams, Aristocrat, Konami, and Atronic.

Contracted by Computer Task Group, helped users in the NCDOT and

DMV with the e-mail migration from Netscape to Microsoft Outlook. Reset test terminals at DMV sites throughout NC. Used Active Directory and SAP to reset passwords and user access for DOT employees. Created service tickets and paged field technicians to service on site software and hardware problems.

MERCK PHARMACEUTICAL (Help Desk Representative) Raleigh, NC (5/06-8/07) Contracted by Ajilon Consulting, performed 1st and 2nd level troubleshooting on calls from Merck Field Sales Representatives. Troubleshot the IBM Tablet PC with Windows XP and Microsoft Office programs. Repaired home wireless systems using Linksys Routers.
