Manage the overall HR Function for a division of the company including: the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements; planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews. Instrumental in the design and rollout of compensation and benefit plans, company policies and all communications required with the Watco/Greenbrier joint venture creating GBW Railcar Services LLC in 2014.
