After graduating apprentice of the year I was promoted to a Work Lead were I supervised a crew of welders, inspected welds as jobs were complete, Troubleshoot machinery, train new welders

In May of 2018 I was promoted to Foreman were I supervise a crew of 30 employees in the stacking hall. Trouble shoot machinery, inspect works as needed, train new welders, assist other crafts as needed, assign daily tasks, manage payroll, cost and progress,
