Processes payments and documents such as invoices, journal vouchers, employee reimbursements, and statements.

Compile the documentation for the monthly financial reports in accordance with company procures and policies to be forwarded for final review to the Finance Manager

Enters, updates expenditures, income, and any related transactions and / or retrieves accounting data in the company’s financial tracking system (Oracle)

Ensure all books of accounts are up to date all the times, orderly, well kept, and readily available for reference and audit when required.

Support in compiling estimates for the monthly cash projections for review by the Finance Manager
