Company having a chain of Agri. Retail Outlets, providing all agriculture inputs to farmers required for advance farming. We are also offering crop production and protection technologies, Training and Information, latest farm practices to progressive farmers, Post Harvest Management, Farm Equipments, extension and education to farmers.

We also facilitate companies to launch new brands by offering our infrastructure. Company is planning to retail FMCG and other consumables from existing retail stores.

2. Hydric Farms Inputs Ltd, Worked as Marketing Manager

(Jan 2005 – April 2006).

Company having a chain of more than 40 outlets in northern India, It has a tie-up with Hindustan Petroleum for opening retail outlets at their petrol pumps in rural areas and with State Bank of India for facilitating farmers in crop loan and kisan credit cards. It also offers farm equipments, farmers training to progressive farmers. Company also provides selective FMCG products along with some financial Products.

We conduct events round the year on all centers depending upon season and cropping pattern of the area. We also participate in local melas and Kisan meetings.

3.Paradeep Phosphates Ltd. Worked as Dy. Manager (June 1988 – March 2004)

The company (PPL) possess the largest DAP (Chemical Fertilizer) production plant in Asia at Paradeep Port (Orissa). I was looking after Sales, Publicity, distribution, realization of payments and extension work in entire eastern U.P.

I was maintaining close liaison with dealers,distributors along with Govt. Institution for order, payments and subsidies realization etc. I improved market share in districts up to 50% through my efforts and it became a leading brand. The company enjoyed top position in sales to the Govt. Institutions such as U.P. Co-operative Federation, U.P. Agro, U.P. Cane, and Agriculture Supply Office.

During my tenure the company adapted two villages in U.P. Myself along with local govt. officials build a water tank and primary school building for the children of village .We also distributed Health Cards to children and women and organized regular health camps in village. This enhanced the image of our product among villagers and amongst government officials along with in corporate world.

4. Godrej Soaps Ltd. Worked as sales representative

(Feb 1987-June 1988)

I was looking after sales, collection, and dealers network of Patiala and adjoining districts Sangrur, Rajpura and Khanna etc. I also launched some new soaps brands like Marvel, Crowning glory, Fresca, Fa, Mega Detergent etc.

5. Lipton India Ltd. Worked as Territory Sales Incharge

(August 1985-Feb 1987).

I was looking after sales of agricultural products in entire Himachal Pradesh through private and govt. institutions.
