Project 1: Metrorail Projects, Special, New Model Lifts product Costing Document Prepared for various parts.

To Coordinated in design to prepare the BOM & product cost for all Metro jobs components & for Quote submission.

Submitting JLPL Quote with BOM document for Various Metro Rail projects (CMRL, RMRL, JMRL, DMRC, KMRL, and KCMRL).

Material consumption automated for all Metro jobs.

Product Cost Estimation prepared for Toshiba & Quote Submission

Costing Input Logic prepared for Toshiba to upload in GFT software

Every month we submit statement for matls cost expenses for purchase (domestic, imported), Subcontract /Mfg value details for cost analysis.

To support for service/sells team to share our part no details to them to raise MR/replacement/damage/spare purpose.

To share spare parts cost details to our head office for raise debit / spare quotation for customer
