Promoted rapidly through the organization and have held several positions including Manufacturing Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor, Engineering and Facilities Manager, Production Manager, and Site Manager responsible for general management direction of all operations functions

Increased on time delivery of equipment from 35% to 100% over 3 years by implementing SIOP and lean / continuous improvement / lean process throughout the organization.
