A freelance writer with a passion for perfection, my goal is always to write well researched, engaging, informative, grammatically correct and original content. Currently, I enjoy ongoing working relationships with a variety of businesses in Australia and the United States. Several other companies who ask me for content on an occasional basis The hallmark of my work is a chameleon-like ability to write for a diverse range of niches and demographics. For example, in 2013, an SEO company commissioned me to ghost write content and informative articles for two truck insurance websites. One catered to blue-collar sole proprietors, the other to white-collar fleet owners. I successfully tailored the content and language of both to my client’s satisfaction.

2008-2010

From the middle of 2009 through 2010, I found most of my work via a popular freelance job site, where I enjoyed a 5 Star rating based on feedback from over 50 clients. Assignments ranged from blogging to ebooks. Highlights included:

Introduction to clients I continue to write for both on a contractual and casual basis In 2008, I began working for a large U.S. SEO firm. The company originally hired me to post articles to over two dozen blog platforms and social media sites. After I submitted a sample article, the CEO asked me to stop posting and focus on writing. Topics included cable and satellite communications, sports, and travel. Previous Employment

When I moved to Cambodia in 2007, I helped found and run an NGO devoted to the children of the Sihanoukville dumpsite. In my role as the charity’s Secretary, I was primarily the NGO’s English language liaison. My duties included writing and maintaining their blog. My efforts led to finding a donor who continues to provide the children with clean housing, food, education and medical attention. Before leaving Australia in 2008, I was employed as an ESL (English as a Second Language) teacher by McGill College at their Gosford NSW campus.

In 1995, I began supplementing my income with freelance writing for print publications and website creation.
