Currently working on the company Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility team focusing on creative ideas to develop and implement a business model that addresses the needs of society by encompassing ethical, social, environmental, cultural and economic efforts. Concentrations include employee education, site energy audits, monthly sustainability workshops, and studies centering on how recycling and waste redirection can ultimately reduce costs and increase profits.

Currently also managing Residential Operations of GAF’s Roof Integrated Solar Product “DecoTech”. Previously worked in GAF’s Commercial Solar department with structured finance partners to model system economics for prospective projects, proposals, feasibility studies, and RFPS for Tax Equity Investment. Heavily involved in PPA negotiations to identify and understand risks and opportunities. Coordinated support of key functional teams for due diligence and execution of projects – including legal, finance and construction. Managed documents through project lifecycle with a focus on ongoing risk mitigation, contract compliance and financing.

Early team member of several solar start-ups. Development of sales, marketing, financial, and operational infrastructure, staff, company processes and policies, contract negotiation, and customer relations.

Experience in commercial, residential, public sector, and not-for-profit solar throughout the United States totaling 100+ MW of solar energy.

Developed an O & M and Monitoring Program for a large scale commercial solar integrator (scope, professional client sales meetings, and contract development and negotiations) and ran daily management.

Familiar with the Agile Methodology (Scrum, Sprints, etc.)

5+ years of Warehouse, Procurement, and Inventory Management experience, including shipping, receiving, and safety.

Worked closely with renewable energy investment companies, developers, and EPCs to manage the financial asset, development and/or installation of over 500 utility-grade,
