Farmer’s is one of the leading insurance provider in US.

We have implemented End - to - End flow for insurance claim process.

It has multiple attributes with multiple Actor e.g. direct client, third party and guest.

We had automated claim process as on single click. As flow covers technically, user proceed from vf page where on the basis of domain (insurance foremost / farmers etc.) it would fetch data from web services in real - time.

Simultaneously it would check for duplicate claim before proceeding for it. Once user saved claim all claim related data saved on all respectively object as well as one case will be created so an assistant can take follow up for it.
