Engaged by Meruelo Enterprises (“Meruelo”) to head the financial operations for the Company. Meruelo is the holding company for five subsidiaries engaging in a variety of electrical, underground and other construction activities. Combined, the group produces approximately $500 million in annual revenues. Some specific accomplishments and responsibilities while at Meruelo include:

Primoris Services Corporation – Lake Forest, California Recruited to Primoris Services Corporation (PSC) to replace the retiring Segment CFO in its Lake Forest office. PSC is a Fortune 1000 engineering and heavy construction company, and is traded on the NASDAQ stock exchange. Responsible for financial reporting for business units representing over half of PSC’s $2 billion in revenues. Responsible for leading approximately 30 department employees in providing accounting, financial reporting and analysis for our corporate office and various business units. Our team served as the treasury function for the entire Company, and was responsible for the preparation of PSC’s consolidated financial information utilized in PSC’s SEC filings. Some specific accomplishments while at PSC include:
Continuous improvement leadership style and strong team focus resulted in clean internal control audits
Collaborated with IT, department managers and operations to bring a complex ERP software implementation to the finish line.
Established over $100 million in debt and lease financing and from multiple financial institutions.
