THERMAL POWER PLANT. Located at Ganeshpahad, Damaracharla (mandal),Nalgonda (Dist), since 13th AUGUST 2012.

Boiler capacity’s: 2 * 160 Tph.106Kg/cm^2@535 5 c,15Tph. 25Kg/cm^2@400 c.

WUXI makes CFBC boilers Transportal make WHRB.

2 x 38.5 MW, H.T.C Extractions/Condensing Turbine.

Operating System ABB xp, with Wood Ward Governor.

PREVIOUS EMPLOYMENT:

Worked with M/s ENMAS O & M Services for its client M/S KSK Group of Companies, as a DCS ENGINEER from 21st JUNE 2010 to12th AUGUST 2012.

Worked with M/s ENMAS O & M Services for its client (Jaipur Sugars limited site) Pothavaram,East Godavari Dt, A.P, as a DCS operator under commissioning and Operation. (From Jan 2011 to April 2011).

About the organization:

The organization is a Power Plant consisting of a Co-generation Boiler Supplied by M/s. KCP BOILERS LIMITED(STROKER FIRED TRAVELLING GRATE) of 110 TPH capacity and 490 +/- 5 deg.C super heated steam and a T/G of 16MW – Straight condensing of SNM and DCS supplied by YOKO GAWA.

Worked with M/s ENMAS O & M Services for its client (FIONOLEX Pvc ltd) Rathagiri Dt, Maharastra, as a DCS operator under Operation. (From june 2011 to August 2011).

About the organization:

The organization is a Power Plant consisting of a Co-generation Boiler Supplied by M/s. CVL(AFBC) of 110 TPH capacity and 520 +/- 5 deg.C super heated steam and a T/G of 43MW – Straight condensing of BHEL Turbine and DCS supplied by YOKO GOWA

Responsibilities:

Efficiency runs of the power plant by monitoring parameters of Boiler, Turbine, and Cooling Tower and fuel & ash handling system.

To ensure reliable operation of the unit by managing the control desk operations as per SOP.

Attending preventive maintenance and Breakdown maintenance.

Supply quality power to customer by ensuring uninterrupted power.

To attend the Emergencies like block-out, load throw off etc,

To ensure the adherence of safety, Environment other statutory norms for the safety of the people and plant.
