SAP Security Practitioner with over 15 years of SAP/ SAP IDM v7.2 experience.

I offer overall leadership for the delivery and maintenance of existing application services, problem management, meeting service level agreements (SLA’s) and product and lifecycle management for SAP Security in the SAP and SAP-integrated service areas. Through my experience I have held the responsibility of primary security architecture analyst, maintenance, and administration responsibilities for all SAP ERP Clients.

Most recently, I have been actively involved (5 yrs.) with SAP IDM v7.2 and BI Reporting. Within this role I have been charged with maintenance/creation task(s) for life cycle provisioning via IDM to connected systems. I have also taken the role of subject matter expert with my understanding of the SAP IDM DB and with the aid of tools like (SSRS, Microsoft Power BI, and Tableau), I have created End User Reporting/IDM Health Metrics/Exec Dashboards.

I am currently ramping up for a technical upgrade of the client’s v7.2 SAP IDM this summer.

Project Scope:

Through an initiative of Coke centralizing their SAP Solutions, the CONA Dept. was created. The goal of this dept. was to create, house and deploy a multitenancy solution to be used by the Coca-Cola bottlers and distributors.

Project Need:

Initial design, creation and delivery of full SAP Solutions (from Id Management through BI including HR)

Initial Role within project:

In working with off-shore and local basis personnel, as the SAP Solutions (CRM, SRM, ECC, etc.) came on-line, they needed to be validated back to the source copy. Landscape design (Sandbox/Development, Development/Quality, Quality/Prod; Development/Maintenance, Maintenance/PreProd, PreProd/Production)
