Rapidly promoted and deployed through a series of increasingly responsible leadership roles, including Construction Supervisor, Plant Manager, Project Manager, Production Manager, International Consultant, Operations Director, Operations Vice President and Project Director. Worked in or supported operations at locations, including Mexico, Brazil, Guatemala, Nicaragua, El Salvador, China, Korea and Vietnam.

PROJECTS DIRECTOR (2004 – 2006)

Expanded the business in China. Oversaw, set up and delivered three cryogenic facilities in China (Foshan, Yushi and Changsha), which were air-separation units that produced industrial gases (Oxygen, Nitrogen and Argon). Planned and directed various other projects. Helped close various deals with the Chinese government.
