Directed and managed the Army Corp of Engineers (USACE) top priority program for IT Infrastructure and multi-faceted effort for the migration of over 37,000 personnel to the Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN). Program objectives included routing all network traffic through the Defense Information Systems Agency’s (DISA) / Joint Regional Security Stack (JRSS) as part of a larger modernization effort to upgrade the bandwidth capacity of the Defense Information Systems Network (DISN) by implementing multiprotocol label switching (MPLS). Management responsibilities centered on coordination and implementation of Data Center network, infrastructure, and enterprise-wide operations, including the introduction of new technology, decommission, end-of-life migrations and technology refreshes. Performed end-to-end cross-discipline leadership throughout the lifecycle of the project, as well as overseeing dependencies and handoffs between Product Management, Enterprise Help Desk, Network and Security Operation Centers, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Government counterparts consisting of more than 300 team members.
