Created training material for STAARS (State of Alabama Accounting and Resource System). Responsible for Managing and Training State of Alabama Employee(s) to use CGI Advantage software application to complete the following: Annual Operations Plan, Operations Plan Revisions, Budget Requests, Budget Request Revisions and Performance Measures. Focus on project management with VA systems and the 5-year plan to end chronic veteran homelessness.
