●Line set up according to flow chart.

●To verify the material by BOM, Process Audit.

●Control the rejection regarding process

●Take Dummy Test in assemble lines.

●Visual Inspection.

●Process defect analysis.

●Conduct 5S & 3R audits on Monthly basis

●Knowledge of PQC.

●Good knowledge of 7 QC tools.

●Good knowledge of 7 Wastages.

●Responsible for Weekly & monthly meeting conduct against issue.

●On Job Training to new associates

●Responsible for 5’S, 4M, 3R in assemble line.

●ESD all floor check and cross verification

●Jig pressure check all machine

●Torque check

●Appron and cap visually checks

●Monatring all machine Grounding

QUALIFICATIONS:

●B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from punjabTechnical University, punjab in 2017 (Secured 1st Division).

●Class 12th (Science Stream, PCM Group) from (B.S.E.B.patna) in 2012.

●Class 10th (Science Stream) from (B.S.E.B.patna) in 2010.

EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES:

●Four weeks vocational training in(AMAN MACHINE TOOLS) Punjab.

●My final year project is fabrication of roller burnishing tool set up in conventional lathe machine with different angles and interchangable roller.
