Designed an aluminum mold for hollow carbon fiber S1223 airfoils

Improved the manufacturing process of our carbon fiber airfoils, decreasing lay-up time by 50%

Decreased the post processing of the airfoils in half by making a correction in mold geometry

Designed a Rear Wing which includes theoretical application of fluid dynamics as well as the implementation of ANSYS CFD

Successfully simulated a full car assembly in ANSYS CFD with limited hardware capabilities

Optimized the Rear Wing Assembly by increasing the downforce by 12% and decreasing the weight by 13% while maintaining the amount of drag force

Conducted analysis on hardware components of the Rear Wing on SolidWorks using the loads obtained from ANSYS CFD to optimize weight
