Conduct of bidding for supplier acquisition of integrated solution of IT, which had the following actions: i) proposal analysis in electronic platform; ii) winner supplier approval with the IT area and iii) meetings with involved areas during the bidding process. This project proportionated systems more automated and integrated for Human Resources, Supply and Financial area, with the process approved by the intern and extern. Bidding concluded with the value of approximately R$ 20 million.

Group coordination which conducted the bidding process for architecture/engineering technical study, with emphasis on the following actions: i) group leadership, included team training; ii) Occurrence of public sessions with suppliers and iii) proposal analysis e winner supplier definition. The winner supplier was hired within the technical and legal criteria. Bidding concluded with the value of approximately R$ 1 million. Contract management and deadline control, doing contracting additives, deadline extensions, market research, consulting the parts to verify interests, analysing the possibilities and conditions for new contracts. Procurement documents elaboration (bidding), attending the demand and the legal orientations. Supplier selection in electronic platform, attending the existing laws, analysing proposals, giving declaration of winner supplier, answering appeals. 5) Deputy Manager of Procurement (from nov.2011 to nov.2013) Main projects and achievements
