My position consists of answering inbound calls from customers vehicles for response call center which is open 24/7. Job includes different types of accounts, Toyota, Lexus, Mercedes Benz, Acura Link, Audi, FCA which is for Dodge, Ram, Chrysler and Jeep. I work in a busy call center handling a multitude of calls ranging from enrollments to Automatic Collision Notifications. SOS calls for emergency situations or getting the customer help for roadside assistance to Stolen Vehicle recovery. We update personal account information for customers through Siebel or ESP an enrollment tool. Over my 17 years at this job I have maintained a good employee record receiving monthly bonus for outstanding performance and attendance. I enjoy helping customers making sure their calls are handled as efficiently as possible with a one call resolution.

In my spare time I have written three children books and self-published them on Amazon through their CreateSpace forum. My goal is to complete the series of these five books and continue to write as much as possible. Other hobbies I enjoy regularly, reading, sewing, creating arts and crafts.
