Managed all aspects of retail pharmacy including but not limited to 8 technicians achieved Board Certification, managed payroll, pharmacy budget, inventory and promoted top line customer service and an error free environment. This pharmacy was a high prescription volume pharmacy with a drive thru and really taught skills such as multi-tasking and time management in order to be successful. During my tenure at the pharmacy, I improved customer service scores and the pharmacies’ overall health score.
