Board of Directors Liaison: Strengthened relationships with the Board of Directors, creating a formal budget process and financial analysis/reporting structure that improved the level of trust the BOD had in the overall financial competency of the company.

Business infrastructure development: Spearheaded the establishment of the Shared Services centers. Led the European team implementing the finance operations across the EU. Formalized all accounting, IT, human resources, office administrative and tax functions that enabled the successful launch of the shared services center, positioning the company for continuous growth and expansion in wholesale, retail and E-Commerce markets.
