Liaise with the supplier for pricing and the designer for materials specification

Provide VO and Progress claim to client, contract administration and documentation for the Project

Evaluate and certify for subcontractor’s payment

Minimize the costs of a project while still achieving the required standards and quality

Review and advise to Project Manager of the cost impact for variation of project specification
