Payroll Process:

As per the attendance cycle the salary has to be processed.

The attendance request will be sent to all the reporting managers of the employees. Where they update the attendance and revert back to us.

Reporting managers have to send the below mentioned details for processing salary,

A) Attendance approval.

B) Deduction or any other earnings apart from there fixed salary.

C) Loss of Pay/Leave’s.

D) Resigned employee details like his name, last working day etc.

Based on the details the salary is processed.

Exit Process:

The reporting manager sends employees resignation mail along with L W D.

Based on that F&F will be settled to the employee in SAP.

Settlement will be processed in both SAP and ORBITS as per policy.

Finally Relieving letter will be given to the employee.

Leave Management System Process:

Collecting the leave applications, rejoining forms and sick leave forms from the client, analyzing them and based on the analysis, en-cashing the earned leaves/accounting for LOP using various software’s (Orbits, SAP, ERP)

Involved in taking reports from SAP as per the request.
