Managed many eCommerce projects including “Scan and Go” for Walmart and Sam’s Clubs, Grocery Pickup/home delivery for Walmart and Walmart’s Health and Wellness Pharmacy express pickup.

Managed Branch Image Capture project, converting check and other documents from RBC Bank branch network in image formats for processing, resulting in 10 million dollars in annual savings;

An ATM TDES conversion and implementation in this 3-million-dollar project we upgraded the ATM Fleet with new hardware/software using TDES encryption pin pad.

Managed Conversion/Merger of AmSouth and Alabama National Bancorporation.

Designed, developed and managed new ERP/CRM product development for Numera Software Inc. using RAD methodologies and off-shore resources.

Directed a team that successfully executed an IMS Hogan CIS conversion project, enhancing client satisfaction and generating over $.5 million in new business with NationsBank.

Managed multiple projects in excess of 4 million dollars in budget for Regions Technology, applications included internet banking and document archiving and work flow utilizing object oriented coding.

Eradicated 35% of software costs for Boulevard Bank by consolidating more than 100 applications from two separate data centers into one operation, also increasing operational efficiency.

Managed the rollout of branch automation software to over 200+ branched covering the western US.

Established a project management division and methodologies for Sky Financial Group.

Contributed to the consolidation of two institutions and formation of a $15-billion holding company by directing item processing and image project teams.

Slashed a financial institution’s response time in half by uncovering serviceability limitations; replaced former methods with the Systematics Teller System.
