2G Optimization

Frequency planning for both hopping and non-hopping: BCCH and BSIC planning, TCH and MAIO planning, base band and synthesizer frequency hopping.

Drive tests of GSM Air interface for New Site and Site swapping.

Field optimization with respect to antenna orientation & tilt change, handover check.

Analysis of daily radio statistics and effecting parameter changes for corrective maintenance.

Use results for performing Radio Network Tuning

Perform traffic balance and prioritization for sub cells for CS and PS traffic. 3G Optimization

Doing in depth Event Analysis and proposing recommendations to improve the RF conditions.

Recommend new coverage sites to Planning Section if there any coverage holes or black spots with in the intended coverage area.

Addressing problem areas to improve RSCP and Ec/Io of the network.

Troubleshooting CSFB from E-UTRAN to UTRAN issues and re-selection parameters problems.

Checking and rectify PCI swap, coverage and handover related issue.

LTE network launch and cluster optimization, planning of RF parameter, making field level changes, troubleshooting handover problem, tuning parameters.

Carry out basic parameter checks such as RSRP, SINR, and Throughput during the Test. 2012- 2013
