Responsible for conducting & authenticating the internal contracts and e-contracts for old staff and new hires according to the Qatari Labor Law.

Conducting letters of recommendations, experience certificates, salary certificates, embassy letters and various types of Non Objection Certificates. Conducting and developing the Organizational Chart according to the strategic vision of the organization.

Supervising and developing all aspects of the Personnel system. Engaging in the salary report and payroll of each month with recording the attendances, vacations, permissions, transfers, new hires, resigned staff. Conducting the performance appraisal system defined for all levels and selecting employees of the months.

Engaging in the visas processing, tickets’ booking, finger printing, medical examinations and Qatari Identification Cards renewals of the staff. Creating the organizations’ core values and ensuring their implementation. Engaging in the requests of the staff accommodations’ supplies. Operating as a business partner and key member of the top Management team providing input and support on the HR implications of business objectives and their delivery. Providing technical expertise and advice to all departments on identifying and solving HR related issues and acting as a communicator and conflict resolution between branches and internal departments.
