1X120 TPH Natural Gas fired boiler (Utility), 3X85 tph HRSG boilers. 15MW Extraction turbine, PRC, LGC, GSU, Many Turbo driven Equipments.

Designation:

Boiler Operation Engineer (BOE).

Job features:

*Reporting to all operation & Maintenance related activities to Gail person.

*Responsible for Operation & Maintenance of Boiler & Turbine and their related equipments.

* Analyses & try to maintain of D.M Plant report according to design value.

*Also Involved in operation of OFF SITE area likes(Cooling water pump, Raw water, fire water, service water, HP & L.P compressor, Nitrogen,PSA and liquid nitrogen.

* Responsible for maintain all parameter to its rated value for safe operation.

*Prepared daily shift reports.

*To take quick decisions during plant emergencies in a shift.

*To keep close monitoring of all the critical parameters of all the equipments so that early action can be taken so as to avoid any forced shut down.

*Smooth start-up and shutdown of Boiler & Turbine whenever required.

Gail India Limited (A government of India) at Vijaypur in Guna (Madhya Pradesh) through Thermax ltd from March-2016 to July-2016).

Organization (2)

Electro steel steels limited (2X130tph cfbc boilers, 2X75tph whrb boilers, 2X60MW Extraction cum -Condensing Steam turbine, 2X18.5 MW Turbo blower system, all equipments are Chinese Makes) at siyaljori in Bokaro (Jharkhand) from March 2015 to March 2016.

Boiler Desk engineer (cfbc).

*Responsibility for safe operation of Boiler (cfbc ).

*Also responsible for chp operation.

*Prepared daily shift reports for the power plant.

*To take quick decisions during plant emergencies in shift.
