This project is focused on delivering the reporting requirements of Services and Support modules in Riverbed. The key objective is to define a data model to cater the reporting needs and design the reports as per business needs. The reports developed helps customers to understand about the metrics related to Knowledge content sharing, Support bookings & revenue details and Renewal attainment rates.

Responsibilities:

●Interacted with business users, reporting analysts in gathering information about the business logic to populate the target tables. Participated in design meetings and perform detail level design.

●Handling production issues and working on developing new design specifications.

The RTC Dmart system extracts data from multiple systems (like FDI, GWDW, LKB, TRI, Payroll), validates data quality, transforms data using business rule and loads into Fact and Dimensions table in mart. User uses the BO reporting tool to create the report to analyze the monthly, quarterly and annual tax credits and it integrates two primary types of research customers (Project driven and Cost Center driven users)

Responsibilities:

●Handling production issues and working on developing new design specifications into ETL coding and mapping standards. Implemented incremental extraction and incremental load.

●Created ETL processes composed of multiple ETL jobs using job sequencer and developed shell scripts to automate the process and tested the processes.

●Extensively worked on different databases like Oracle, Db2 and SQL Server to extract and load the data from one another. Performed Peer review for ETL code.
