OBJECTIVE: My objective is to use my management skills to contribute to the success of the business in which I am employed. I would like apply my customer service and employee relations experience through hands-on day-to-day operations. I also use my career and life experiences to serve on non-profit boards and volunteer on a regular basis with the women's transitional home and habitat for humanity. EXPERIENCE:
November 2015 to June 2018- Woodforest National Bank (Manager of Branch 0934 Suffolk, Va.) I provide leadership and coaching in meeting our daily, monthly, & annual goals while providing excellent customer service to everyone. I guide my team to open bank accounts, assist our customers in loan processes, teach financial literacy classes (business and consumer), I oversee all daily activities in the branch, i.e. teller transactions, account openings, Branch capture, balancing all tills including the vault and ATM, complete audits to make sure everyone is adhering to federal banking laws and safety at all times daily and weekly tasks to prevent robberies or theft, Achieve branch sales and revenue goals by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending banking products and services beneficial to the customer.

1990-1995 Kintner Milling Company ( Sales Representative) Collected and analyzed forage for farms and recommended feeding programs and the nutritional values to best suit the needs of the herd. Customer service in office and mill, accounts receivables, ect I can explain more in detail upon request.
