To take physical inventory of the all the HVP, X series, PON and Cisco parts
Collecting data from legacy and SAP to check the incoming and outgoing parts
To check the discrepancies of parts and find out where it was going wrong
Pulling out hard copies of in and out parts till the date to do the pending system action and complete the system action which was not done in legacy to get correct revenue
Prepare full report of missing parts /discrepancies and to request the financial controller and ITS data base admin to correct the entries to have the system inventory matching with physical inventory.
