While working full-time (scaled down bartending at Hyatt) and 40+hrs at Ansley Forest, I passed the real estate exam & joined Coldwell Banker real estate offices full time, leaving property management. Hyatt Hotels Corporation Bar Manager 1987 to 1993 Atlanta, Georgia Managed Ivory's, the hotel's only bar & also managed several cocktails. Servers, the monies, & was my own bar back & bartended in this Hyatt hotel in Dunwoody, Georgia. I was also working as a part time leasing agent.
