oASIA MOTORWORKS LTD is a Heavy Commercial Vehicle manufacturing unit, also it has the facility of Wheel Rim, Crash Barrier, Press parts, and Chassis parts manufacturing for further customers.
oAMW have the largest wheel manufacturing unit at Bhuj, manufacturing various sizes of Car, Truck and Tractor wheels including Style wheel (Tata Motors Ltd,Volkswagen,Maruti Suzuki India Ltd, General Motors Ltd,Renault Nissan, Eicher Motors,Tafe,M&M,Iveco,Hyundai,Ptl,Sonalika & Uzel)
oAMW supplied Skin panels for Tata Nano, Also supplies Skin and Non skin panels to GMI.
Job Responsibility:
QUALITY CONTROL:
Analyze & inform about on-line quality problems & co-ordinate corrective actions.
Monitoring all inspection activities in incoming, process and final inspection stages of all the Disc wheels.
Handling the QC inspector Team and making the reports of each inspection, documentation, filing and updating.
Verification of Line Rejection &Red bin analysis.
Implementations of 5s, Kaizen, Pokayoke in organization.
Limit sample and defect sample preparation.
Develop an Action Plan to controls & eliminate defects.
Preparation, approval and issue of quality inspection standards.
Control of non-conforming products
Control of monitoring and measuring devices.
Preparing quality alert charts for highlighting process issues or customer issues.
Preparing Work instructions for every process.
QUALITY ASSURANCE:
Prepare Control Plan (Quality assurance plan) for the Process Quality & PDI.
Preparation of QA documents like PFMEA, FLOW CHART for Product Manufacturing lines.
Product & Process audits.
Preparation of weekly and monthly MRM reports.
Analysis of line issues & interaction with concern departments for resolution.
Handling the customer complaints and responsible for the improvement in the process to reduce customer complaints up to customer satisfaction.
Co-ordination with tool room and management.
Responsible for failure analysis & Problem solving.
Training to Associate, DET and Technical staff for Quality system, leadership, 5S, Standards, decision making and on job training.
Ensuring all type of inspection for NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT DISC.
Responsible for Layout inspection.
Making skill matrix of all inspectors in order to identify the weak areas.
Conducting the Process capability studies.
Maintaining allPPAP documents.
Conducting Review Meetings for NPD products.
Implementing QSB System in press shop as per Customer requirements.
