From 17th May 2017 to till date Over all responsible for quality, production and P &L.

Manufacturing 80 gsm to 400 gsm paper from 18 BF to 45 BF, sack kraft and WTL. Successfully Commissioned of 500 TPD Kraft test liner three ply machine.

2.Al-Suwaidi Paper Factory Doha, Qatar Technical Head

From 6th Feb 2017 to 30th April 2017.

1.Responsible and accountable for effectively planning, directing and coordinating all activities of the plant operation which include safety, environment, quality, production, engineering, and cost control.

2.Overall responsibility for the plant’s P&L.

3.Support the resolution of technical problems encountered by departments HOD’s, managers, supervisors and technicians

1.Responsible for overall production from OCC pulp mill to finishing house and plant P & L.

2.Commissioned of 510 TPD Voith OCC pulp mill

3.Commissioned of 500 TPD Twin wire machine, Shoe Press etc. making WTL, KTL, Test liner and Fluting grade Paper.

4.Developed White Top Liner, 40BF KTL paper, RCT paper for oil grade

5.Ballarpur Industries Limited (BILT), Orissa, India Dy.Manager (Paper Machine Production)

From September, 2008 to July, 2013

We have two paper machine of which one M/c is Top former for manufacturing copier paper and running at speed of 450-500 mpm.

Responsibility: Managing the Paper Machines and Stock Preparation Section.

1.Maintaining Production with quality as per given Budgeted Production Norms, Downtimes, Finishing Loss, Power consumption,Chemical Consumption w.r.t, to Annual Budget etc.

2.Maintaining inventory of M/C clothing, chemicals, and spare parts etc for smooth running of plant.

3.Preparing monthly production and chemical report.

4.Conducting trial of different chemicals for process improvement and monetary saving.

5.Successfully converted sizing from neutral sizing (Fortified Rosin + PAC) to Alkaline sizing (ASA + Cationic starch).

6.Successfully converted Soap stone filler to PCC filler for brightness and opacity.

7.Trouble shooting of Paper Machines, Stock Preparation Section & converting Section.

8.Suggestion for process improvement with cost saving initiatives.

9.Workers handling and educating for smooth running of plant.

Company Profile: M/s Genus Paper has annual install Production capacity 72000 MT .Company is in to Kraft paper manufacturing of different BF. The Production Unit consists of two MG Machine. The one machine has triple Head Box with three wire part.

From Nov1996 to March 2008.

Worked on MG/MF Machines manufacturing various unbleached and bleach

Varieties (GSM Range 28 to 250).

1.Played an integral part to renovate Paper Machine (Cantilevers wire part, installation of Bi-Nip Press & addition of Dryers before and after MG).

2.Cascading and thermo-compressor based System of Steam & Condensate supplied by M/s Forbes & Marshall.

3.Manufactured various grade like, Copier, Absorbent Kraft paper, High BF Kraft paper, Light GSM Poster papers, A/C book paper, coloured paper and board.

4.Saved down time after modification of PU Box.

8.M/s Grasim Industry (HPF) Karnataka, India Sr. Officer (Pulp Mill)

From July1995 to Nov.’1996.

1.Worked on Digester, washing and bleaching area.

2.Shift responsibility for pulp prodn.quality and breakdown analysis.
