Working in Mahindra & Mahindra automotive sector, Nashik plant 1 as a Graduate Apprentice Trainee (GAT) from August, 2017

Worked at Mahindra Dealership for S-106(KUV 1OO Nxt) launch and had a hand on exposure about sales strategy, dealer operations, competitive operation conditions and customer expectations

Confirmed all the new parts of U-321 for Salt Spray Test (SST) & Millipore test and rejected parts are modified by taking corrective action

Identification and orientation markings on distinct parts of U-321 are made to make the assembly easy to operators and complete the assembling within the TACT time

Verify plugging and grommet fitment on new vehicle for water and air leakage and revert the results to take necessary actions

Analysis done for the gap concern on 4 doors of U-321 vehicle

Tail door gap analysis of U-321 is made and changes in tail door glass and applique are made

Analysis done for the cracks on door latch area of U-321 vehicle and modified the torque and body design near latch fitment area

Verified PCP’s of U-321 for various modifications done to distinct parts
