WORK EXPERIENCE:

Currently Working as Operation Manager at SPMU (State Project Management Unit, Chhattisgarh Raipur), PFMS (Public Financial Management System), O/o CGA Shivaji Stadium, New Delhi since July-2016 to present time.

WORK DETAILS:

PFMS is a software based web portal in which we provide Software Application support to the Departments and their implementing agencies of the State Through SPMU (State Project Management Unit)

Technical Assistance to government bodies in the implementation of PFMS project at State, District and to the lower level implementing agencies

Training and workshop to the Departments,Implementing agencies and to the End users

Training & technical assistance on modules of PFMS project like EAT, DBT and Agency Registration/Mapping

Implementation of PFMS in various CASP (Central Assistance To sate Plan) schemes of Tribal & Energy Department of State government

On-boarding of various CASP schemes of Local Govern department & Home Department,their Hierarchy and components on PFMS portal

DBT configuration of CASP on-boarded schemes of these two departments

Assist in ensuring mandatory use of Expenditure,Advance and Transfer (EAT) module of PFMS by the agencies receiving funds under Central Sector schemes and provide assistance in implementing DBT using PFMS for schemes amenable to DBT

Identification and resolution of issues in implementation of PFMS at our level and if needed then from the Central Project Management Unit,New Delhi

Submission of Monthly Performance Report to the SPMU at the end of the month.
