I was tired of sitting at a desk and/or just standing behind a register and so, wanted to be active at one of my jobs, so I joined clicklist team within Kroger. I don’t have any trouble getting my steps in while am retrieving products from all corners of the store, while working in one of the most exciting eCommerce positions of all retail world. Call it a grocery scavenger hunt if you will. Prepare and deliver online orders that exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, and freshness.
Scan and bag products to fulfill customers’ online orders while paying careful attention to specific customer instructions.
Ensure quality and freshness of all items while meeting and exceeding timeliness and efficiency standards.
Physical demands include, but are not limited to, standing for extended periods of time and walking extensively, as well as stooping, kneeling or crouching several times an hour.
Notify customers of any product substitutions at time of pick up.
Process orders through the Point of Sale system and loads bags into customers’ cars.
Maintain the intake of customer orders to ensure customers are helped quickly and efficiently.
Assist in training new e-Commerce team members and develops schedules to meet operational needs.
Troubleshoot and maintain e-Commerce equipment and ensure staging areas are organized and cleanly.
Perform required opening and closing procedures.
