1.Preparation of Weekly report on cocoa purchases and stocks to the Head office.

2.Monitoring of weekly purchases, evacuation (primary and secondary levels) and other activities within the region and report any observed variance on the basis of weekly projections.

3.Analyzing and interpreting data as above and assign reasons for variance.
