Oversee and direct the day to day operations of the company, with responsibility for ensuring operations departments meet their assigned budgets, introduce new products to enhance company growth & ROI, while retaining current clients and on-boarding new clients. Responsibilities lie in these departments: Marketing, Data Analytics Division, Data Services Division, Market Research Division, E-Business\Digital & Social Media Marketing, IT Division, HR, Graphic & Digital Production/Project Management Division, Creative, Account Services Division, List\List Brokerage Division, Editorial, Copywriting & Proofing Division. Responsible for having the final approval of all vendors, partners and resources that are outside of the company as well as seeking out new relationships & partnerships that enhance business capabilities. Responsible for creating and employing data-driven global strategic marketing plans for B2B, B2C or B2C & B2B clients that follow the customer through the Marketing Lifecycle focusing on Awareness, Recruitment, Engagement, Renewal and Reinstatement. Also use a combination of predictive analytics techniques such as prospect clustering and classification algorithms to increase KPI's and maximize ROI. Responsible for the creation, deployment and marketing of new Data Analytics & Big Data products. Supervise and manage a team of Data Scientists, Data Analysts, DBA's and statisticians. Oversee & Responsible for the design, development, QA and rollout of all new technical products including software, applications, campaign performance analysis, reporting and services. Responsible for writing RFP responses in various departments. Manage the day to day operations of the Direct Data Services department using Group One software and various other software programs to convert, CASS certify, NCOA, scrub against the DMA's "Do Not Mail File", perform Deceased processing, merge purge, segment lists, analyze data and manipulate files and lists for non-profits and associations. Also use SQL, BOARD, SPSS, Tableau, MS Dynamics, Access, Excel, Foxpro and various other programs to perform database marketing, marketing campaign analysis, data analysis, Segmentation analysis, RFM analysis, LTV analysis, Response Likelihood Analysis along with prospect scoring, data modeling, predictive modeling, Customer Insights, Predictive Analytics, Digital Analytics, Risk Analytics, data profiling, segmentation, campaign optimization, prospect scoring and other database marketing initiatives.

I was also personally responsible for developing the database marketing, programming, design and production of warranty products and store marketing for Circuit City Stores, who had an $80 million marketing budget.

I developed the overall database marketing processes, procedures & programs for Openfirst and its clients. I oversaw and trained other team members on database marketing processes. Determine best possible procedures for processing of all new client projects. Advise any outside vendors on production and data flow issues.
