Much focus and effort was applied towards supplier relations, incorporation of best practices and cost improvement projects, resulting in cost reduction efforts: $2.1MM.

Management of all inventory movements for procurement, plant schedules, internal material flow and shipments. Increased on time delivery ratings from 95.4% to 99.2%.
