PERSONAL:
Treasurer of the Board of Directors, at the Hollywood Tower Condominium Association, http://hollywoodtowers.com (also webmaster), for the past 21 years, where I am active as Chairman of the Finance Committee, overseeing a $3.7M annual budget. I am responsible for vetting and selecting Board Nominees, and overseeing both building and parking garage management as well many aspects of a 24/7 luxury high-rise building.
I am currently studying for my Project Management Certification, having completed courses at Northwestern University in Ecommerce, Architecture & Infrastructure, as well as Multimedia Design and Development / Visual Basic I & II, (where I carried a 4.0 GPA).
I am a self-taught website designer/developer fluent in HTML, XML, Java Script, and CSS program languages, hand-coding entire sites for the past 8 years.
