Position –ADMIN AND ACCOUNTS ASSIST, NOV 2013 TO TILL DATE Company- General Air Conditioning

General AC is a 100% Bahrain Based, Air Conditioning maintenance, New Air Conditioning Fixing and Commissioning.
Responsibilities: Manage all staff arrange work for them, keep company files up to date,salary making, Accounts,Telephone handling, preparing documents to put out tenders for contractors, Supervising and coordinating work of contractors,managing of bank book, Receivables, Payables, Petty cash
Monitor and record cash flow movement,
Maintain balance sheets, Profit and Loss
Reconcile all accounts and journal entries including Account Receivables and Payables accounts
Prepare payroll for all employees and facilitate funds transfers
Deals with all Govt. related activities(GOSI, LMRA, Insurances etc)
All HR related activities (Employee file maintenance,RP, Ticket, Vacation, Medical etc )
Company vehicles(Registration, insurances,service maintenance etc)
Arrange supplier payments
Develop, maintain and analyze budges preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs
Prepare documents for Letter of Credit and have close follow up with banks
Coordinate preparation of annual budget
Conducts an accurate set of accounts by booking financial documents and bank transactions.
Manage available funds effectively
Check and approve sales invoices
Maintain petty cash register
Maintain aged trial balance for receivables and payables
Bank reconciliation
Prepare financial reports required by management as and when required
Coordinate scope of work with auditors for annual audit of Company records, manage process until final report
