With 12+ years of experience in working for top Multi-national companies as a process and quality professional played an active role in gap analysis, process definition, process implementation and compliance auditing of their quality management systems.
With an exposure to all the phases of software development, I have actively contributed as a member of Metrics Council (for metrics benchmarking) and SEPG (for Process deployment) respectively.
