Dialysis Technician. Organize, set-up and operate hemodialysis machine. Mix dialysate, prime dialyzer
with saline or heparinzed solution to prepare machine for use. Transports patient to dialysis room and
prep them for the treatment. Record weight, vitals, and respiration rate. Brief patients on treatment
procedure while answering any concerns with family or patients. Inspect venous and arterial pressures
and equipment settings, monitor pressures, conductivity, and temperature. Initiating blood flood at
proper rate. Calculate and monitor fluid removal or replacement to be achieved during treatment.
Follow-up on weight, vitals and respiratory rate upon completion of treatment verifying any adverse
reaction. Fabricate parts as cannulas, catheters, connectors, and fitting suing hand tools.
