Statement of Purpose

I would like to find a position that utilizes my organizational, problem solving, communication skills and ability to bridge the gaps between varying viewpoints to their fullest.

My years of project/program management, process mapping, training and technical support in multiple industries has given me a horizon vision that goes far beyond the usual limits of a typical job role perspective. It has allowed me to understand how things are connected together and how they impact one another – to see where the breakdowns happen. This allows me to problem solve with a global viewpoint and create a resolution that is optimized for all parties that are impacted.

Consulting and training have given me superior communication skills that allows me to talk to the various parties in their own languages, being a translator and negotiator between various viewpoints. I provide context, help people understand their role and the roles of others, eliminating the chasm of the gap and empowering them to take proactive, wholistic action on their own.
