Product Engineer Diodes Inc. in Plano, TX August 2014 – Present

Product line manager in new product introduction (NPI) and problem solving for existing products.

Lead the effort of a new wafer fabrication site qualification for zener diode products. Associated revenue is over 30 million, with over two thousand product part numbers involved.

Created new product specifications, designed manufacturing procedure and supported the release process into production.

Provided sustaining support on existing products to realize yield enhancement, alternate bill of material qualifications and product porting to alternate assembly and test sites.

Analyzed existing product profiles to reduce cost and boosted revenue and gross profit margin.

Reviewed and analyzed large amounts of raw data including wafer probing test data, characterization test data and high reliability test data.

Conducted failure analysis to seek root cause for products that failed in internal and external qualification process.

Research Assistant University of Texas at Dallas August 2011 – June 2014

Conducted a scientific project in synthesizing Fe nanoparticle with 14 nm in radius with excellent superparamagnetic property which is ideal for transformer core material to obtain low cost and high performance.

Built a theory of superparamagnetic property dependence of Fe NPs on their size.

Microwave assisted synthesized Molybdenum Oxide Nanoparticle with low temperature solution base and used as a hole transport layer for organic solar cell, with the device performance equivalent to PEDOT:PSS.

Demonstrated in situ chemical oxidation of Molybdenum Oxide Nanoparticle suspensions with H2O2 is a simple but versatile method to control stoichiometry and electronic properties.

Designed LabVIEW Programming to control multiplexer for solar cell device measurement.

Mentored one high school student in summer, 2013. EDUCATION
