Supplemental Instructor Duties, Accomplishments and Related Skills:
Plan and facilitate the Supplemental Instruction sessions; build professional relationships with faculty, students and other SI and Academic Learning Center staff; assist students in developing transferrable learning and study skills; and assist with SI Program implementation.
Assist in administering pre- and post-surveys and other types of evaluations; tally, input and analyze survey and evaluation results; with the assistance of the SI Coordinating Team, select the appropriate times and location for SI sessions; and maintain weekly, structured scheduled planning time in the Academic Learning Center.

Accomplishments and Related Skills
Oversees day-to-day operation of swimming activities associated with the summer camp. The Aquatics Director also is responsible for implementing aquatic programs for the guests and maintaining appropriate water and safety measures.
Establish necessary water and pool safety measures and oversee all lifeguards.
Perform lifeguarding duties as needed. Respond to emergencies emerging from aquatic activities. Review and document the review of the camp's safety plans.
General program planning and management including coordination with the total camp program.
Maintains lifeguard training, conducts on-the-job training, audits and continuing education training as well as supervising, hiring and managing staff.
Monitors and oversees a comprehensive pool maintenance program that maintains water quality and facility cleanliness, makes decisions on application of chemicals and maintenance and repair of equipment, develops maintenance guidelines and insures compliance with all laws, regulations, policies and safety standards.
