MINI PROJECT :
Project Title: Heat Sense Automatic Water Pumping Motor Discription: Heat detector can sense the heat, The circuit is to be designed for activating an alarm system to indicate fire or heat change and for alerting the security or protection system along with immediate action of water pumping mechanism to avoid major losses. Heat detector circuit is designed using heat sensor.
MAJOR PROJECT:
Project Title: Resistor Color Code Detection Based On Image Processing Technique. Discription: Color bands with twelve possible colours on carbon film resistors are printed and used to represent the resistance value. For non-professional person, it is very hard to read the resistor's value because of band identification and calculation with mathematical equation, As there is no particular device to calculate the resistance value using colour code. A new approach for identifying resistance value of a resistor through its colour bands is developed using camera and Image processing technique.
In this approach the color bands of resistor is acquired by the camera and according to the colors identified the value of resistance is calculated by using mathematical equation which is written in terms of algorithm In MatLab Tool. Lastly the value of resistance will be displayed. HOBBIES
