Work Experience:

Htl Aircon Pvt Ltd Hyderabad – HVAC Site Engineer (Nov 2017 to MAY 2018) This project has 32 AHU’S with BMS system. The whole project was carried out at a fast pace, along with tremendous valued engineering running on every step of this project. The project has 4 Chillers of 1600Tr 3 running and 1 standby, 4 cooling Towers Each of 500Tr.

Job Responsibilities:

Over all quantity take-off and ordering the material from HVAC drawings.

Can handle a site individually with all the responsibilities.

Execution of Chilled water system, chilled water pump room installation.

Fresh air handling unit, roof top package units, air handling units, Smoke exhaust fans, toilet exhaust fans, fresh air fans, stair case and lobby pressurization fans.

Testing & commission of HVAC systems.

Installation of all kinds of air outlets like grilles, diffusers, fresh air louvers, exhaust air louvers.

Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the Mechanical work Groups at site.

Attending engineering meeting with management/ contractor/client/consultants.

Knowledge in firefighting & MEP site execution projects.

Knowledge of Air conditioning cooling load calculations using "HAP" Software, E-20 form.

Duct/pipe design size using “McQuay Duct Sizer/Pipe Sizer”.

Design and Selection of Air Terminal Devices using "BETA" Software

Execution of site Work as per shop drawings, testing and commissioning of system, preparing handing over documents.

Planning every service of the project in advance to hand over the project in required date.

Coordinating with main contractor in a diplomatic way and get all the required supports from them in completion of the project.

Computer Skills;

Operating System : Windows – 7/XP

Other computer applications : Auto Cad, MS office

Power Point, Word &Excel.

Technical Skills:

Training in Design, Erection, and Commissioning and Maintaining H.V.A.CPLUMBING and Firefighting systems from Link Institute of ENGG, Hyderabad, INDIA.
